A Meal or Food You Really Like
Since i decided lead a healthy life, a few months ago, for themes health and self esteem.
thanks to my nutritionist, my favorite food is the porridge, this is a combination the oat, milk , and fruit.
in reality much person say that is see nothing delicious, or that seem ground beef,or poop
initially i thought the same, but eating once, i in love in this preparation a nd
i am addicted, i eat this everyday.
in the world there are many ways cooked the porridge, but i the cook this way:
the necessary ingredients are half a cup instantany oat, 100ml milk, one fruit(apple,pear,banana,orange) or one cup strawberries or raspberries, almonds, bitter cocoa and sweetening
the preparation is simple and fast, ideal for online class.
the first step is heat the milk until boil , the second step is add the oat,cocoa,and sweetening( for my part i use alulosa, ten drops) and stir until they thicken, the finaly step is serve this combination a bowl and add fruit,and aproximately ten almond and voaila
hundred percent recommended ,i think that all people should try.
